Has infidelity impacted your family? Maybe you’re struggling to rebuild trust, manage overwhelming emotions, or reconnect with the person you used to be. Pain from betrayal, loss, or trauma can leave you feeling stuck—caught between wanting to move forward and not knowing how.

As a Licensed Master Social Worker and U.S. Army Veteran, I bring both structure and compassion to the therapy room. My approach is collaborative and supportive, grounded in evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Whether you’re an individual navigating grief or trauma, a couple working through infidelity or communication struggles, or a family learning how to reconnect, I’m here to guide you through the process of healing and restoration.

I have a special passion for working with couples and teens. For couples, I help rebuild trust, improve communication, and strengthen emotional connection. For teens (ages 14+), I create a safe and judgment-free space to explore independence, manage emotions, and build confidence in who they’re becoming. My goal is always to meet clients where they are—with understanding, honesty, and hope.

Faith can also play an important role in the healing process. As a person of Christian faith, I’m able to support clients and families who wish to integrate their spiritual beliefs into therapy in a respectful and meaningful way.

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California and have dedicated my career to helping people navigate life’s hardest seasons with grace and courage. My clients describe me as steady, compassionate, and genuine—someone who listens deeply and helps them rediscover their strength and peace.

If you’re ready to move toward healing, hope, and connection, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
